- Flush transmission with Synthetic transmission oil Drain and fill transfer case with new Synthetic oil Drain and fill front differential with new Synthetic oil Drain and fill rear differential with new Synthetic oil Remove brake fluid from master cylinder fill with new brake fluid pump new fluid to calipers
- Performed four wheel alignment and set vehicle to manufacturer specs
- Remove all related components to gain access to engine/transmission bell housing bolts remove engine from vehicle fit Re manufactured engine with new intake manifold, water pump, ignition plugs and cables, new serpentine belts replace all related gaskets re install new engine to vehicle replace radiator/ oil cooler assembly replace oil cooler lines replace leaking transmission oil cooler lines fill engine to proper oil level prime oil system fill engine with new engine coolant start and run engine to operating temp check for leaks (no leaks at this time update ECM to latest Software level reset Camshaft // crankshaft correlation reset idle speed with scan tool replace battery
- Remove and replace both front upper and lower ball joints
- Remove and replace front brake pads and rotors clean and lubricate caliper and pad slides
- Remove front differential from vehicle replace both left and right front axle seals
- Start engine found number 6 misfire, found engine low on compression number 6, drain oil found large amount of metal in oil pan recommend replacing engine assembly
