- Found system low on charge, fill a/c system with nitrogen, test compressor found clutch failed and compressor will not turn on have power and ground to compressor recommend replacing compressor and recharging with 134a and dye and retesting for leak Perform leak check after compressor replacement, found evaporator leaking inspected with cabin air filter removed found large amount of corrosion on evaporator and dye lights up, also found condenser leaking on rear side recommend replacing evaporator and condenser assembly to correct
- Remove and replace a/c compressor assembly replace expansion valve , retest after recharge found a/c compressor to start and run as desired perform leak dye test found evaporator and condenser leaking with dye test
- Remove Front bumper assembly, remove condenser, confirmed dye leak on condenser, replace condenser with new seals, reinsstall all previously removed components Remove all related components to gain access to HVAC box, remove Hvac box from vehicle, dissemble hvac box, remove evaporator, confirm dye leaking from evaporator, replace evaporator assembly with new seals, replace cabin air filter , reassemble hvac box reinsstall to vehicle, reinsstall all previously removed components, pull system down in to vacuum, let sit over night found a/c system to hold vacuum at this time recharge a/c system road test ac working as designed at this time
