- road test verified cylinder number 2 misfire after engine warmed to operating temp remove upper intake manifold perform compression test all 6 cylinders the same at 90psi perform leak down test all cylinders the same at 10% leakage reassemble spark plugs swapping left side with right side along with ignition coils reinstall intake manifold found mis fire to follow ignition components, to cylinder number 1 swap coil 1 with 3 start and reun engine found misfire stay on cylkijnder number 1 swap spark plug 1 with 3 found misfire to follow spark plug recommend removing intake manifold again replacing upper intake gaskets, along with all 6 spark plugs and retesting
- Remove intake manifold a second time replace all 6 spark plugs and upper intake gaskets road tested after monitor misfires none detected at this time and system passes
