- Performed four wheel alignment per guest request. Guest stated steering wheel was off.
- Road tested vehicle duplicated guest concern hearing the noise. Brought vehicle in on the hoist, found front tires choppy. Struts appear to be newer. All suspension good at this time tie rods tight.
