- Road tested verified guest concern with heat operations and mode doors not working as designed. Pulled into shop, pulled fault codes found B1086:07 air distribution dampener motor, B1086:13 air distribution dampener circuit open. Found door actuator failed, verified door movement was good. Recommend replacing door motor actuator.
- Removed steering column to gain access to door actuator. Removed and replaced door actuator to correct. Tested all door and heat operations. Ok at this time.
