  • Tested and inspected the shifter assembly and the shift cable routing. Checking k but found the pivot that the shift cable moves on the top of the transmission bound up and not moving as designed. Cleaned the area of the pivot and soaked the pivot to try to loosen the operation. Several attempts of cleaning and soaking the pivot is moving at this time. Not sure for how long but moving well at this time. Believe was full of corrosion
