  • Inspected and found the leak coming from the transmission pan gasket. Pan tightened to tight and pushed the gasket out. Also bent the pan lip. Replaced the gasket and the pan for the transmission to correct

  • Scanned system and found no codes. Ran vehicle and the trans temp never exceeded 168 degrees. Checked the fluid and level good, slightly dirty but probably original fluid from new. Cleaned out the cooler area by condensor, radiator and the trans cooler. Suspect in slow traffic and heat not cooling as designed.

  • Removed engine radiator hose from vehicle, exchange new extended life engine coolant through engine cooling system using power exchange machine. Reinsstall radiator hose start and ran engine until thermostat opened and allowed circulation set coolant level to proper level. Road test vehicle after service

  • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace
  • Performed Transmission oil Exchange. Confirmed proper oil level after service completed.
  • Disabled vehicle fuel supply system, Install Fuel injector solution bottle to vehicle fuel rail pressurized bottle to manufacture specification, started and ran engine until solution bottle emptied. Reinsstall vehicle fuel supply line to fuel rail. Road tested vehicle after service. Recommend performing Fuel injector cleaning service every 15,000 miles.
  • Clean rear exhaust over axle weld 2 pipes together due to rattle OK at this time
  • replace shock bolt left rear
  • replace front wheel bearings, rotor assemblies replace axle nut
  • LOcate rear shackles for lowered suspension, remove and replace rear shackles both sides tighten shackle bushings with vehicle weight on ground
