Road tested verified guest concern with heat operations and mode doors not working as designed. Pulled into shop, pulled fault codes found B1086:07 air distribution dampener motor, B1086:13 air distribution dampener circuit open. Found door actuator failed, verified door movement was good. Recommend replacing door motor actuator.
Removed steering column to gain access to door actuator. Removed and replaced door actuator to correct. Tested all door and heat operations. Ok at this time.
