  • Inspected and found the oil leak coming from the oil filter housing assembly. Assembly made of composite plastic and over the course of time warps and causes leakage. Replaced the oil filter housing assembly with upgrade metal style to correct. Also during repair noted the spark plugs in very poor condition. Replaced them as well due to condition and age
  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.

  • road test verified cylinder number 2 misfire after engine warmed to operating temp remove upper intake manifold perform compression test all 6 cylinders the same at 90psi perform leak down test all cylinders the same at 10% leakage reassemble spark plugs swapping left side with right side along with ignition coils reinstall intake manifold found mis fire to follow ignition components, to cylinder number 1 swap coil 1 with 3 start and reun engine found misfire stay on cylkijnder number 1 swap spark plug 1 with 3 found misfire to follow spark plug recommend removing intake manifold again replacing upper intake gaskets, along with all 6 spark plugs and retesting
  • Remove intake manifold a second time replace all 6 spark plugs and upper intake gaskets road tested after monitor misfires none detected at this time and system passes

  • Replaced the front struts with guest supplied parts. Removed the old strut assemblies and removed the coil springs from the old strut and mount onto the new. Also installed guest supplied strut upper mounts as well.
  • SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – AWD Both Sides – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
  • Performed four wheel alignment: set camber, caster and toe on vehicle to manufacturer specs, calibrate steering angle sensor as needed.
  • Balanced all four tires and rotated. NOTE slight outer wear on tires front and rear
  • Wheel bearing seem to check ok no noises heard on test drive other than the tires. Inspected on hoist and no wheel bearing concerns
