  • Replaced the front ball joints upper and the lower due to movement and wear
  • Performed four wheel alignment: set camber, caster and toe on vehicle to manufacturer specs, calibrate steering angle sensor as needed.

  • Tech found intermittent draw on system, while monitoring the draw tech found draw will drop off for short period of time then return. Tech found that keyless door entry pad will light up when draw happens on then goes away when light goes off tech will need extra time to remove drivers door panel to access keyless pad to identify problem.
  • Tech removed drivers interior door panel and disconnected keypad and monitored draw on system and found when keypad is unplugged no draw returns on system. Recommend replacement of keypad to correct. Guest declined repair for keypad and advised to keep keypad unplugged to eliminate draw on system.
