- pull fault codes found p0015,p0016 camshaft coloration faults Start engine verified timing chain rattle for initial start up recommend removing valve cover passenger side to visual inspect timing chain integrity remove valve cover found timing chain stretched recommend replacing timing chain ,and all chain components
- Start cold found passenger side exhaust manifold leaking Road test found right manifold leaking boost due to failed exhaust manifold Recommend replacing right exhaust manifold
- found vacuum pump leaking oil at rear of passenger head
- found both lower ball joints rear suspension loose clunking over bumps also found upper trailing arm joints failed with excessive movement
- Remove and replace primary timing chain, primary chain guides, and tensioner, secondary timing chains, secondary timing chain guides, both secondary chain tensioner, all 4 vvt cam hubs with new vvt bolts, replace all 4 vvt control solenoids, replace timing chain crankshaft gear along with primary timing chain idler gear assembly, replace front crankshaft seal, timing cover gasket, both valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, high pressure fuel pump gaskets, clean engine with engine degreaser and hot water, pull engine cooling system in to vacuum after repair system holds vacuum fill engine cooling system with new engine coolant, pressure test engine cooling system after, engine cooling system holds pressure at this time with no visible leaks, manually prime engine oil system after oil change, start and run engine until operating temp visually inspect for engine oil leaks non found at this time and no fault codes returned at this time road test let vehicle cool to ambient air temp road test second time reinspect for engine oil and engine coolant leaks no visible leaks detected at this time
- Remove and replace right side exhaust manifold, gasket, turbo oil drain pipe, both turbo coolant feed and return line, along with collector gasket and hardware extra time needed due to corroded fasteners
- Remove and replace right turbo coolant fittings
- remove and replace failed vacuum pump from passenger rear cylinder head
- Remove and replace both rear lower ball joints to correct
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.
- Remove and replace both failed rear upper trailing arms
- perform alignment after repair

- Flush transmission oil using power flush machine with new synthetic transmission oil Drain and fill transfer case with new synthetic transfer case oil Evacuate front and rear differential oil and fill with new synthetic gear oil
- Extra time needed due to extracting broken fasteners, replace ignition coil boots, spark plugs, and water pump not covered by extended warranty
